A long, long time ago, there was nothing. ▪️ Then God decided to make the world! 🌎 First, God made light.💡He said, "Let there be light!" and everything became bright and beautiful.
Next, God made the sky and separated the water 💦 above from the water 💧below. Then He made land appear and created plants 🌱—trees with yummy fruits 🍎, pretty flowers 🌸, and green grass.
God then made the sun 🌞 to shine during the day and the moon 🌙 and stars ✨ to twinkle at night. The world was starting to look amazing.
Then God filled the waters with fish 🐠 and made birds 🦅 to fly in the sky. He created all kinds of animals - big elephants 🐘, tiny mice 🐁, swimming dolphins 🐬, and jumping frogs 🐸.
Finally, God made people - first Adam 👨, and then Eve 👩. He made them special and different from all the other creatures. God loved them and wanted them to take care of the beautiful world He had created.
At the end of each day, God looked at what He had made and saw that it was very, very good.
